I create a space where growth, trust, and real connection flourish.

My approach is rooted in authenticity, curiosity, and compassion. I’m direct when needed, steadfast in vulnerability, and not afraid to inject a little light-hearted humor when the moment calls for it. I’m here to meet you where you are, truly understanding your unique dynamic while offering validation and encouragement.

During our sessions, I’ll help you:

  • Understand the emotional drivers behind your conflicts

  • Replace negative communication patterns with healthier habits

  • Practice real-time communication for building trust and connection

  • Tap into your emotions to strengthen your bond

  • Resolve conflicts constructively while fostering resilience

  • Slow things down so we can get to the root of what you’re feeling

I’m not your old-school therapist who stays silent and detached.

A cozy, modern living space featuring a beige sofa and a simple coffee table. The table is decorated with neutral-toned books, a black knot-shaped sculpture, a black bowl, an amber jar candle on a wooden tray, and a sprig of dried flowers.

My deep-seated drive to connect and support others has always been at the core of my being.

Witnessing clients transform and discover their inner strength is the most rewarding part of being a therapist. I provide a supportive space for ambitious couples ready to deepen their connection, improve communication, and restore balance in their lives. Together, we’ll build tools for meaningful and lasting change.
